This is better than just treatment vs result - you have all your experimental information here including the name of the experimenter. You've summarized the data as counts, which while it doesn't give a detailed plant-by-plant summary as suggested here this doesn't lose any vital information.

 However the way the columns have been arranged, the outcome and treatment variables are not clearly separated, but have been combined together.

Better to use more rows, and have a row for each combination of the variables, as described here.
