# License types

DataClassroom offers the following types of license, which can also be seen on the Account page of the app, or on the [DataClassroom website Pricing page](https://about.dataclassroom.com/pricing):

### School license

This covers a school and a number of its students. Pricing is per student, but designed to be affordable so a license should be purchased that covers as many students that may be using DataClassroom during the year, and some margin. It covers an unlimited number of teachers and classes within the school.

District LicenseA district license is effectively just a purchasing agreement for a certain number of School licenses.

### Teacher license

The teacher license covers one teacher, all of their classes and students.

### College student license

For students that are at college or university, where they need to purchase their own personal licenses.

### Home / Individual license

Designed for individuals or parents doing home schooling with a few children.
